This product is a functional anti-UV masterbatch for PP prepared by using a variety of high-efficiency anti-aging additives and carrier resin through special production and processing technology, which can effectively solve the problems of chalking, pulverization and aging of PP products in the process of ultraviolet light aging. The problems of brittle cracking and decreased mechanical properties can significantly prolong the service life of products, especially suitable for short-term UV aging resistance of PP products, and significantly prolong their service life. Mainly have the following characteristics:

(1) It has a wide range of wavelengths that can absorb and shield ultraviolet rays, and can effectively resist the aging and degradation of PP non-woven fabrics caused by heat, oxygen, ultraviolet light and other factors during outdoor use.

(2) The anti-aging ingredients have excellent dispersibility in PP products, high stability and long-lasting action time, which ensures the full play of its anti-aging effect;

(3) Excellent compatibility with PP matrix resin, easy to achieve blending and uniform dispersion with its matrix resin.
